Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Supervision of Manpower and documentation of Electrical Maintenance and Utility section.
∎ Electrical maintenance and repair work of hydraulic press, Mechanical press and Hydraulic and Pneumatic operated heavy Machineries.
∎ Ensure PLC, Scada system, Programming and Automation system.
∎ Monitoring of 11/0.440KV Sub-Station, Diesel & Gas Generator, LT, HT, PFI panel.
∎ Follow up and maintain preventive, schedule and breakdown maintenance program for all machine of cylinder plant.
∎ Ensure maximum operation efficiency of the machine.
∎ Machine Program upload, download, Editing and new making.
∎ Have to maintain ISO Standard and SAP.
