• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• Bachelor’s degree in EEE from any reputed public University.

• Proven experience in tender management and sales, ideally within the Power industry

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Power

• Age 33 to 38 years

• Government project Tender

• e-Government Procurement (e-GP)

• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations sensitively and creatively

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues

• Manage the entire tender process from inquiry to submission in respective utilities

• Prepare, review, site visit and submit tender documentation

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards

• Coordinate with various utility departments to gather necessary information

• Analyze and respond to tender requirements and queries

• Maintain accurate records of all tender processes and submissions

• Participate in post-tender evaluations to assess outcomes and refine future strategies
