Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, managing and executing Transformer Quality and Switch gear production .
∎ Develop or update standard operating procedures and best practices for Transformer production , if required.
∎ Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.
∎ Manage factory and manpower to ensure efficient production.
∎ Maintain a record of production and prepare daily production report with details analysis.
∎ Establish Job card of workers & maintain it.
∎ To keep factory neat & clean practice housekeeping.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years in Transformer and Switchgear industry or other electrical manufacturing company.
∎ Basic Computer skills
∎ Should be an energetic & dynamic person
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must have experience in Substation or electrical manufacturing company
∎ Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and auto-cad etc.
Salary: Negotiable
