Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in CSE/ETE/EEE/IT/ Engineering from any reputed University.
∎ Candidate with MTCNA, CCNA Certification will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Assist in support for Microsoft solutions (Such As-Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS-365 solutions).
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
∎ Assist in Networking work for Tally Server and Maintenance of other office Equipment.
∎ Able to play assistant role in case of IT related project Management.
∎ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
∎ Prepare report on regular operations and site visit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age can be flexible subject to skill set and experience.
∎ Working Experience in CISCO, MIKROTIK and Next Generation Firewall device.
∎ Strong knowledge on IT Equipment Installation including Service support (PM & EM) & software installation as required for the specific hardware.
∎ Good understanding on Webpage Design & Development, SQL and Oracle.
∎ Familiar with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems in different versions.
∎ Good knowledge of endpoint security.
∎ Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic and have interpersonal skill as well as have the mentality to perform under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
