Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up and execute scheduled maintenance work & ensure work completion as planned.
∎ Should have basic knowledge on Generators, Transformers, Switch-Gear, Motors, Compressors, Inverter, and Pump etc.
∎ Plan & schedule for monthly maintenance.
∎ Audit daily maintenance activities like machine cleaning.
∎ Planning the training schedule as per required topics with evaluating training & development programmed.
∎ Do troubleshooting to identify maintenance issue & take corrective action for the same.
∎ Follow-up with the purchase dept. for availing required items on time.
∎ Working with all shifts flexibly when job demands.
∎ Supervise ongoing operation of Electrical Division.
∎ Overseas sourcing of spare parts, expense, billing & other relevant tasks.
∎ Co-operate to relevant department for the better productivity of the power.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management.
