Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for follow up electrical & utility operation and maintenance;
∎ Maintain preventive/scheduled maintenance program in all areas both of electrical and utility system to ensure smooth supply of Utility;
∎ Supervise & ensure regular maintenance works & schedule maintenance of Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Utility machinery and Sub Station etc.;
∎ Must be knowledgeable in electrical load calculation, single line diagram, electrical layout design, LPS etc.;
∎ Run, trouble-shoot and maintenance of ETP, WTP, Rain water & RO etc.;
∎ Maintain the optimal inventory management of the materials & spares by coordinating with MCD & supply chain department;
∎ Root cause analysis of a problem to minimize breakdown time;
∎ Ensure PPE and maintain safety legislation at workplace. And initiating training for maintenance staffs on Electrical safety, Machine safety operation and maintenance, Boiler safety and operation;
∎ Prepare reports and update management on a regular basis;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good communication skill and well behavior, Problem Solving Capacity & Strong Organizational skills;
∎ Autocad Software, Electrical Design Method & ABC Liecence (Additional);
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation.
