∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and draw up a production schedule.
∎ Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
∎ Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
∎ Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
∎ Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.
∎ Liaise with different departments, teams, and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients.
∎ Organize job training for team members to achieve production goals.
∎ Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees
∎ Identifies the best tools and technologies to help manage workflow and optimizes their implementation and deployment.
∎ Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Ensures internal department workflow and tracking documents up to date.
∎ Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
∎ Ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards.
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age- Maximum 32
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, office outlook & Internet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
∎ Should be self-motivated and possess qualities to motivate subordinates.
∎ Good command of both spoken and written English.
∎ Able to travel frequently all over the Country.
Salary: Negotiable
