Responsibilities & Context:

Performance Management System (PMS):

  • Design, develop, and manage a comprehensive performance management framework for academic and non-academic employees.

  • Coordinate the mid-year review, and year-end appraisal processes.

  • Conduct workshops and training for heads of departments and employees on PMS procedures and tools.

  • Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for management decisions based on performance data.

KPI Development & Alignment:

  • Collaborate with deans, department heads, and functional leads to define, monitor, and review KPIs for departments and individuals.

  • Ensure KPIs are measurable, realistic, and linked to DIU’s strategic plan and annual objectives.

  • Support the integration of KPIs into digital HRIS platforms and reporting tools.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

  • Generate regular MIS reports on performance outcomes and KPI achievement for top management.

  • Provide data-driven insights to support talent development, promotion, and succession planning decisions.
