Experience:
5 to 8 years in Garments/Garments Accessories Company.
Strong knowledge of garments accessories and raw material sourcing
Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Familiarity with international and local supply markets
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, or supply chain management tools
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Understanding of garment manufacturing processes
Analyze consumption trends and forecast demand for raw materials (e.g., buttons, zippers, sewing threads, items.
Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers/vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
Prepare purchase orders (POs), RFQs (Request for Quotations), and RFPs (Request for Proposals).
Monitor and manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
Plan and manage the movement of materials/products from suppliers to internal departments or customers.
Ensure the availability of raw materials, components, and services to meet production or operational demands.
Coordinate logistics, shipping, and delivery schedules to avoid delays.
Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Work closely with inventory control teams to manage storage, warehousing, and distribution.
Analyze inventory turnover and recommend improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Evaluate supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, compliance).
Act as a liaison between internal departments (production, finance, etc.) and suppliers.
Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, contracts, and supplier databases.
Assist in audits and ensure documentation is readily available.
Track procurement metrics (cost savings, supplier performance, delivery timelines).
Provide regular reports to management on supply chain performance, challenges, and improvements.
Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and potential supply risks.
Identify inefficiencies in the procurement and supply chain process and suggest improvements.
Support implementation of ERP/SAP or other procurement and inventory management systems.
Participate in lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
