Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily bookings updating at dedicated system
∎ Various container related movement upload in dedicated system
∎ Preparing Equipment forecast on regular/ Weekly basis
∎ On daily basis control all types of container stock position/dead heading including empties
∎ Creating empty bookings for containers moving
∎ Empty Work orders for all Vendors in system
∎ Trace overdue equipment and extracting overdue reports etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of Shipping Operations .
∎ Sharp focus on Equipment inventory.
∎ Awareness of data quality importance
∎ Good knowledge of user application systems (SAP, MS Office, Word, Excel)
∎ Process knowledge & systems support optimization
∎ Understanding of data quality benchmarking and management
