Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor degree from reputed Foreign/Local Public/Private Universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Customer Service, Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Shipping

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
∎ Administration of Rate Agreements, Contracts, Tariff Filings and Quotations.
∎ Assist with preparation of result calculations.
∎ Assist with Customer Volume Planning and Forecasting.
∎ Support Sales Execution in preparing Performance Monitoring data.
∎ Communicates with various internal departments to resolve customer issues.
∎ Works with Sales Execution to identify and secure target accounts.
∎ Performs market analysis.
∎ Customer validation process.
∎ Customer Data Management.
∎ Assist to develop import business.
∎ Assist to resolve revenue dispute management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Written and Verbal Communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel and Outlook).
∎ Inter- personal communication skills.
∎ He/ She must be energetic, sincere and strict to principle.
∎ Able to word under pressure.
