Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing import sales & special equipment business in accordance with company objectives.
∎ Customer visits to identify business prospects and closing sales with new and existing customers.
∎ Business lead generation with the overseas offices.
∎ Develop and maintain strong client relationships with decision makers.
∎ Manage sales across assigned territory to reach and exceed sales target.
∎ Understand competitive business landscape.
∎ Ensure best possible service to clients in line with Hapag-Lloyd’ standards for excellence.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate the pre and post sales process with accountability of overall client satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about the market.
∎ Written and Verbal Communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Have a well-organized, analytical and structured business approach.
∎ Computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel and Outlook).
∎ Inter- personal communication skills.
∎ He/ She must be energetic, sincere and strict to principle.
∎ Able to word under pressure.
∎ Proactive & Positive and can do attitude.
∎ Effective time management and planning skills.
∎ Systematic and efficient way of working.
