Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the follow up of day-to-day operation of Compliance Department.
∎ Prepare, organize and manage factory audits as per buyer's requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and safety audits.
∎ Maintain Process & Procedure on Certification of WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT & ISO, Better Work, OCS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX etc required as per business demand.
∎ Resolve employee's grievance, stress in proactive manner in absence of Head of Compliance and build up good internal relationship among the employees.
∎ Implement and monitor different buyers Code of Conduct (CoC) and various compliance issues if assistance is required by factory Compliance teams.
∎ Assist Head of Compliance in on-time submission of Corrective Action Plan (CAP) to buyers and auditors based on audit reports.
∎ Follow-up and ensure timely implementation of all CAP submitted to customers.
∎ Prepare training calendar and training modules for successful execution of training and development activity as per compliance requirement.
∎ Assist Head of Compliance to conduct monthly internal compliance audit as per schedule and implementation of audit CAP.
∎ Maintain liaison with agencies like BGMEA, Compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defence Department (FSCD), DIFE etc.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by supervisor as and when required.
∎ Context:
∎ Act as the functional support to Head of Compliance and liaise with factory compliance teams, customers & third-party compliance bodies in absence of the Head, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of problems and questions.
