∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Expertise in electrolytic anodizing, including bath formulation (sulfuric/phosphoric acid), process parameters (voltage, current, temperature), and coating formation.
∎ Understanding surface preparation (e.g., cleaning, etching) for anodizing, and sealing to improve corrosion resistance.
∎ Deep understanding of anodizing reactions and how to control bath chemistry for desired results (e.g., thickness, color).
∎ Knowledge of optimizing current density and voltage for anodizing processes.
∎ Waste Treatment: Familiarity with managing effluents and environmental impact from anodizing processes.
∎ Regulations: Knowledge of accepted standards like ISO for quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all necessary testing is carried out both pre-production and post-production.
∎ Daily analysis of raw materials as per assignment and following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
∎ Do controlling of laboratory reagents & prepared working standard with proper documentation.
∎ Ensure testing of specimen sample for vendor selection & commercial purchase and any return goods.
∎ Analyze results and recommend the appropriate action.
∎ Maintain product quality and make recommendations or adjust when necessary.
∎ Troubleshoot problems with laboratory equipment.
∎ As per requirements of production department responsible for all kinds of dozing properly also supervise and take necessary measures as required chemicals per shift.
∎ Ensure chemicals and reagents for performing the necessary chemical analysis.
∎ Keep track of material and equipment inventory and order as needed.
∎ Maintain Chemical consumption register for accountability.
∎ Handle Compliance and Regulatory issues.
∎ Should be familiar with the ERP system.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
