Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Natural disaster combating;
∎ Utility management;
∎ Ensure safety & security of Machineries, Equipments, Furniture & fixtures, Building Infrastructure, Construction materials, All tangible assets of the company and so on;
∎ Ensure Fire, Electrical and Mechanical safety;
∎ Ensure Repairing & maintenance work;
∎ Coordinate action plan with factory heads and own departmental concerned persons regarding progress measures to complete the CAP;
∎ Study and scrutinize the CAPs given by the buyers and own auditors regarding safety related requirements for rectification/improvements/remedy and repair of building or structure;
∎ Update/ maintain & ensure all forms, register and engineering documents as per BNBC, ALLIANCE/ ACCORD guidelines, preparing site progress reports to project management;
∎ Develop an actual floor live load based on factory condition;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have working experience in RMG;
∎ Sound Knowledge in Auto CAD;
∎ Have to know BNBC code, FSCD act, BLR etc.;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Sound Knowledge in Computer operation;
∎ Good communication skills in both Bengali and English;
