Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a technically excellent Asst. Executive- ERP Implementation.
∎ Who is capable of managing RMG ERP projects and can provide robust solutions in addition to managing, Developing and growing the ERP Implementation team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working experience of programming languages MySQL, HTML & HTML5 , CSS & CSS3,JavaScript, PHP
∎ Direct and manage ERP project.
∎ Effective Management for ERP project & other IT Project.
∎ ERP implementation experience at least 1-2 years.
∎ Monitor data entry of each department and identifying ERP data entry or report generation problems.
∎ Understanding users' requirements and assisting for technical transition of ERP based operations;
∎ Facilitating on-site reviews, and providing leadership over deliverables.
∎ Ensure the smooth running of all modules by coordinating with internal and external teams.
∎ Assist in testing new ERP developments before release within specified deadlines
∎ Train users on system/functional modules by visiting their work desks
∎ Train factory users on updating production/inventory data remotely
∎ Train users on new changes/improvements made to the system
∎ Gather and keep record of user feedback post-implementation
∎ Assist in differentiating between system and user-end errors
