Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare work-plan and ensure integrated programme implementation of TB, HIV and Covid-19 services in order to smooth transition of the programme under the guidance of NTP
∎ Work closely with NTP district and divisional TB expert to ensure integration of the TB, HIV and Covid-19 services programme at upazila and district levels
∎ Ensure capacity development at field level to enhance government ownership and sustainability
∎ Maintain effective coordination with the all stakeholders including government and other relevant partners
∎ Perform supervision & monitoring to maintain proper quality of programme and provide feedback
∎ Prepare desire programmatic and other reports within in stipulated timeline
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 04 years' experience in the relevant field
∎ Have sound knowledge on programme evaluation, capacity building and community mobilisation
∎ Organisational values, Vision, Mission and procedure
∎ Have sound knowledge on programme implementation
∎ Have proficiency in computer skills with all Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
∎ Excellent presentation, negotiation, coordination, problem solving & decision-making skills
∎ Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent coordination and communication skills
