Job Responsibilities:
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ In accordance with programme policy and strategies, facilitate implementation of planned activities in the field office operation area to ensure achievement of project objectives.
∎ Monitor and track the achievement of targeted activities and provide supportive supervision to the team members.
∎ Facilitate staff recruitment, deployment & development and also performance management.
∎ Review programme related crucial problems forwarded by the field staffs and take necessary steps to resolve those problems.
∎ Promote an enabling environment at local field office by ensuring smooth implementation of HRPP, Gender and other organizational policies.
∎ Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders or partners, e.g. BRAC other programmes, MOH&FW, other NGOs.
∎ Prepare timely quality reports on programme performance.
∎ Facilitate cost recovery process at the field level with appropriate supply chain, inventory, bookkeeping and financial management.
∎ Ensure digital data management through the m-Health system and also provide guidance to the PA and SKs for staying up-to-date regarding accurate and timely MIS.
∎ Prepare different reports analyzing the MIS reports and programme data and based on the analysis, provide constructive inputs for improvement of the programme.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of working experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
