Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent will act as a Team Leader and responsible for overall sales and marketing of the designated area.Coordinate and Lead the Sales Team.
∎ Ensure all logistic supports to the Sales Team to run the day to day Sales Operation smoothly.
∎ Set the Sales Target in order to utilize the Production Capacity Make strategic sales policy, effective module and plan in order to achieve monthly sales targets.
∎ Ensure Targeted Payment Collection and Recovery of Overdues.
∎ Ensure all promotional, branding and marketing activities.
∎ Visits retailers to monitor performance & motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Implements strategies and techniques to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ Ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
∎ Update competitor's activities and local market conditions.
∎ Regular Market survey and analyze market data to set strategy and techniques in order to achieve sales target, maintain sustainability and ensure the growth in the market.
