Job Responsibilities:
Promote company products in assigned market/territory
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers
Conduct market visits, surveys, and competitor analysis
Ensure proper product display and branding at outlets
Collect market feedback and report to management
Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Contributing to and executing marketing plans and strategies.
Perform other job duties as decided by management.
Ready to visit frequently anywhere in Bangladesh.
