Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in Chemistry /Bio-Chemistry/Applied Chemistry from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Prepare and Implement of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for quality analysis of incoming Raw Material, online production process and finished goods.
∎ 2. Monitor & Operate NIR analysis to check raw materials and Finished goods quality.
∎ 3. Monitor all QA/QC operations and per-production activities to ensure that end product meets the customer quality requirements within AQL.
∎ 4. Ensure product quality as per quality parameters
∎ 5. Make QC inspection plan with the production and store department.
∎ 6. Monitor the critical operation and quality points.
∎ 7. Responsible for overall quality assurance/ Quality Control in the factory.
∎ 8. Provide technical solutions and trouble shootings to production team.
∎ 9. Propose/ Implement strategic improvements in quality process.
∎ 10. Maintain register of Analytical Activities (Records & Documents)
∎ 11. Support QC staffs in handling QC apparatus.
∎ 12. Able to work in Cross-Functional environment.
∎ 13. Fulfill the product standard with government rules & regulations (BSTI & Other standards).
∎ 14. Report daily updates to the top Management

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
