Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. Engineer in Industrial, Mechanical & Electrical will be preferable.
∎ Educational qualification is considerable for highly Experience Applicant.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure to Proper Production as per Production capacity.
∎ To Plan and organize production schedules.
∎ increase production by eliminating the wastage.
∎ Oversee production processes, inventory, distribution of goods.
∎ Ensure Proper Maintenance of equipment’s, machinery and strictly follow the safety & security, hygiene and other health and safety guidelines.
∎ Maintain Cleanness of whole Factory.
∎ organize routine & Preventive maintenance of all machinery’s, & equipment Electrical, Mechanical & ETP.
∎ Maintain proper Code of conduct in Factory.
∎ Monitoring & Update all Regulatory, Permission & License.
∎ Responsible for Manpower planning for smooth Factory Operation.
∎ Organizing relevant training sessions.
∎ Prepare and arrange production as per schedule and forecast.
∎ To keep record of all document related to production & repot to respective authority.
∎ Planning arrangement raw & packing materials as required.
∎ Look after all Factory related HR activities & collaboration with HR & Admin Department.
∎ Monitoring Factory Sales Team.
∎ Supervise Factory utility Management.
∎ Supervise transport operation of factory.
∎ Any other tasks as/when assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Agro based firms (incl. Oil Refinery /Seed/Rice, Flour & Rental), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies.
∎ Must have Sound Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point, Internet Browsing & outlook.
