The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening the overall brand identity, positioning, and visibility of the SuperGolf Project as a premium lifestyle and leisure destination. The role ensures consistent brand communication across all touchpoints and drives brand equity through strategic marketing initiatives, partnerships, and customer engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement the brand strategy aligned with the vision of the Supergolf project and organizational objectives.
Define and maintain the brand’s positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
Marketing & Communication
Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
Oversee creation of brand content including brochures, videos, presentations, signage, advertisements, and digital assets.
Digital & Social Media Branding
Work closely with digital marketing teams/agencies to manage website, social media, and online branding.
Ensure strong digital presence reflecting luxury, exclusivity, and service excellence.
Events, Activations & Partnerships
Lead branding for golf tournaments, corporate events, member events, sponsorships, and promotions.
Develop strategic collaborations with luxury brands, hospitality partners, and lifestyle influencers.
Represent the brand in high-profile industry and golf-related events when required.
Customer Experience & Brand Touchpoints
Work closely with operations, F&B, and customer service teams to ensure brand promise is delivered consistently on ground.
Support initiatives to enhance member and guest experience aligned with brand values.
Gather customer insights and feedback to improve brand perception and loyalty.
Market Research & Performance Tracking
Conduct market research to understand target audience, competitors, and industry trends.
Track brand performance using KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and customer perception.
Budget & Agency Management
Manage brand-related budgets effectively.
Liaise with creative, advertising, PR, and digital agencies to ensure timely delivery and brand compliance.
