• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Diploma/ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) in Architecture.

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age At most 40 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, and Developer Process.

• Highly skilled and proficient in 3D modelling, rendering, animation and Presentation.

• Clear conception about building projects, building materials, interior design - materials and execution .

• Must have experience in designing multi-Storied building.

• Very Good Knowledge in architectural software`s like AutoCAD, 3Dmax, Vary, Sketch up, Lumion, ArchiCAD, Photoshop and others.

• Disciplined and punctual.

• Good in reading, writing and spoken English.

• Confidence in thyself.

• Skill in tackling situation and challenges.

• Capabilities to Working in a team.

• Affiliation with IAB as a permanent or associate member.

• Skill as an architect i.e. who can develop a concept, can express that concept through sketch & design while taking assistance of computer by using different software.

• Who can handle CLIENTS independently & successfully?

• Can guide, motivate team members for the project with time and budget constraints.

• Who can work as a team leader / member for the project with responsibility as agreed with the client.

• Follow up / monitor or at time may do thyself required working drawings for the project.

• Do the project “Work schedules” on His / Her own and doing different variance analysis.
