Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Exploiting new Business opportunities and Marketing of the company’s products & latest range to the potential customer.
∎ Responsible for driving new business development initiatives and development of marketing strategy & product mix for the various clients.
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies that meets customers expectations and company's objectives.
∎ Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
∎ Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
∎ Prepare costing and confirmation of price, placement of order. Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
∎ Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
∎ Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes.
∎ Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
∎ Ensure on-time shipment and monitoring. Remain up to date with industry's best practices.
∎ Purbani Group is looking for few result oriented Merchandiser for their Knit Garment factory, who will support its continuous growth in the area of Merchandising and Marketing.
