Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as AGM or DGM – Production in our Knit Garment Division. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth technical expertise, and a proven track record of managing large-scale production operations.
Oversee production planning, execution, and quality management.
Lead, supervise, and develop a large production team.
Ensure timely delivery, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Implement best practices and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with other departments to meet business goals.
