Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master Degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management skill, Strong negotiation skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial export import
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely follow up all commercial process execute in timely and cost effectively
∎ Monitoring LC documentation, C & F, Customs Clearance, shipment and payment process of export
∎ Responsible to manage all commercial activities (e.g. Export L/C & Sales Contract amendment/correction, payment realization, release etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs, VAT department, BTMA, BEPZA etc
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import and Export activities and inform management as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have comprehensive knowledge on Commercial & Export related activities.
∎ Adequate experience to manage job independently and with a team.
∎ Sound computer knowledge and use of MS Office.
