• Oversee and ensure the overall quality assurance of both dry and wet washing processes.

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to meet buyer requirements and international standards.

• Ensure shade consistency, hand feel, shrinkage, and garment appearance as per approved samples.

• Lead in-line and final inspections to ensure defect-free production and maintain product reliability.

• Coordinate closely with production, R&D, and merchandising teams to align quality objectives with production targets.

• Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Supervise and guide the quality team (QC/QA inspectors) to maintain strict quality discipline at every stage.

• Approve wash standards, recipes, and process parameters for bulk and sample production.

• Ensure all testing and quality documentation (wash test, colorfastness, PH, shade card records, etc.) are properly maintained.

• Work on continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and reduce rework/rejection rates.

• Ensure compliance with buyer technical guidelines, sustainability, and safety standards.

• Conduct training and skill development for QA & production personnel to strengthen quality culture.

• Collaborate with R&D to develop innovative washing finishes ensuring commercial viability and quality consistency.
