• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile or Chemical Engineering/Chemestry.

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Responsible for Marketing, Production, Quality and Delivery of Washing Company.

• Ensuring maximum efficiency of all machines, optimum production, on-time delivery of goods, and standard quality.

• Prepare and monitor monthly budget to achieve company goals.

• Monitor production output, quality standards, and chemical usage.

• Ensure timely delivery of washing orders maintaining buyer requirements.

• Ensure compliance with safety, chemical handling, and environmental standards.

• Ensure product safety and quality.

• Plan and direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required.

• Ensure and maintain safe, clean and organized floor.

• Research & Development for all wash processes for the sample.

• Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage.

• Maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.

• Manage, monitor and improve operational performance through process improvement, worker training, and technology upgrade.

• Manage work in progress costing, quality and tracking.
