Job Responsibilities:
∎ New Product development and Industrialization.
∎ Introduction of new compounds – if required.
∎ Standardization wherever possible without affecting quality and performance of final product.
∎ Product cost reduction through value re-engineering.
∎ Internal scrap and repair reduction.
∎ Action plans to eliminate technology related bottle necks to increase productivity and improve quality.
∎ Implement best practices followed by reputed companies in the industry.
∎ Cure cycle optimization by conducting thermocouple studies.
∎ Tyre weight monitoring and control.
∎ Bladder life improvement.
∎ Reduction in re work and wastages across the shop floor.
∎ Analysis of service failed tyres and suitable remedial actions.
∎ Action plans to enhance product quality by improvement in cut tyre ratings.
∎ Monitoring and control of tooling – Dies, drums and spacers, molds, bladder assembly rings etc.
∎ Provide technical support in commissioning of new machines.
∎ BOM Management.
∎ Creation of knowledge data base
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Educational Qualification: B.Tech/Rubber Technology/ Polymar Engineering.
∎ Having experience in Tyre Building/Tyre Engineering/Tyre curing will get preference.
∎ Business area – Tyre Industry/ Rubber Industry.
∎ Having 20 years+ experience in Tyre Industry.
