∎ Age 30 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate records of fabric stock, including receipts, issues, and balances.
∎ Regularly conduct physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
∎ Ensure proper storage of fabrics to prevent damage or quality deterioration.
∎ Organize and optimize the layout of the fabric store for efficient operations.
∎ Implement and enforce fabric storage standards, including temperature, humidity, and cleanliness controls.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of all fabric transactions.
∎ Supervise and guide the fabric store staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
∎ Provide regular reports to management on fabric stock levels, issues, and requirements.
∎ Collaborate with production, planning, and quality control teams to ensure fabric availability aligns with production schedules.
∎ Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies regarding fabric storage and handling.
∎ Monitor fabric usage and minimize wastage during storage and handling.
∎ Address and resolve issues related to fabric shortages, quality discrepancies, or delivery delays.
∎ Implement corrective actions for inventory discrepancies or operational inefficiencies.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
