∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable of controlling 100 Lean lines;
∎ Applicant having work experience with American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) & GAP buyer will get preference on final selection;
∎ Must have the ability to communicate with buyer & buying office;
∎ Knowledge about product safety/ internal QMS audit/ product & process risk analysis/SOP & quality policy pest control/mold prevention procedure technical audits etc. are required;
∎ Ability to make presentation on management review meeting/training & awareness meeting/ DHU analysis & control meeting;
∎ Must possess thorough knowledge of the entire process of Woven Garments Quality;
∎ Capable of measuring & controlling of quality products as per buyer requirement;
∎ Responsible for inspecting and testing of products at various stages in the production process;
∎ Ability to analyze and evaluate the quality of products;
∎ Taking the responsibility for assuring the factory is following buyers' technical specifications (AQLs: Acceptable Quality Level) and make sure that OQLs (Observed Quality Level) at the factories are in line with international quality practices;
∎ Sound knowledge on modern quality technical issues and must have experience to work with different buyers;
∎ Having knowledge about Quality Systems, Regulations, Guidelines, Audits and AQL Standards;
∎ Monitor daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and productive action;
∎ Handling Quality Assurance Issue (from Raw material to Shipment);
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Good communication skill and well behavior;
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation;
∎ Should have strong reporting & presentation skill;
∎ Team work & commitment.
