∎ Skills Required: Leadership and Good Communication skill., Problem solving, Able to work under pressure, Decision making, LEAN Manufacturing, Ms Office, Strong negotiation skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Quality, Quality Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring fabric quality standard as per buyer requirements.
∎ Reviewing and updating the company's quality control system, manuals and materials.
∎ Communicate and work closely with all concern departments to ensure such quality systems are being carried out during the development and production stage
∎ Ensuring the response time, technical support and problem-solving abilities of the team are of the highest standards.
∎ Handling quality issues (shade, process loss, Patta, dark spot, GSM high/low) and/or compliant with a hands-on attitude and aware of all the parties to avoid these problems.
∎ Proactively identify potential development/production difficulties and make sure such information is communicated accordingly with relevant parties
∎ To ensure quality compliance and arrange necessary learning & development programs for the team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 180000 - 220000 (Monthly)
