Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Banking, Commercial, Import
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Export LC / Sales Contract terms & conditions checking/scrutinizing and ensuring LC complied documents preparation.
∎ Preparation of all type foreign Import customs documents, EPZ Customs, FTT, FDD customs documents.
∎ Preparation of all type Free of Cost Import customs documents.
∎ Applicant must have sound knowledge about H. S. Codes.
∎ Applicant will be fully responsible up to import goods in-house in time of each & every consignments.
∎ Applicant must have the capability to communicate with Buyer, Bank, Forwarder/Shipping Line, C&F & Transport independently as well as highly experienced in mail communication
∎ Applicant will have to prepare import consignments statement for report to management.
∎ Able to handle Port and Customs operation.
∎ Import shipping documents endorsement from Bank.
∎ Should have educated knowledge about Customs duty, Tax, Tariff etc.
∎ Book, FCR/ BL, E-Invoice, EPL submit through online & Payment related document uploading to Buyer portal independently
∎ Manage all types of bank related matters independently.
∎ Payment follow-up with Bank / Buyer.
∎ Should be responsible for work in bank independently
∎ Prepare & check LC/TT/FDD/Pay order proposed in Bank.
∎ Payments follow up with bank.
∎ Follow-up payment realization, exp reporting & PRC obtaining
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
