Commercial, Import
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall process of commercial activity of import, Bank, Customs, Bonds, Bank documents preparation submission & etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with all the concerns those that related to commercial issues & provide them proper feedback.
∎ Should have experience in the field of Import L/C, FDD & T /T.
∎ Responsible for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions and follow up till the return of the documents value.
∎ Must have good knowledge regarding Bill of Lading and other shipping documents.
∎ Must have good knowledge about Bond License, Customs, C&F, Shipping lines, Bank Correspondence & other statutory authorities.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with Govt. Officials, C&F Agents, Concerned Agencies, Trade Bodies, Banks, Shipping Line, Insurance Companies, VAT department, production department, Transport Agents for Import purpose etc.
∎ Check all Import documents required at different levels
∎ Monitoring Invoice and Bill Payments.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business area(s) of Woven/Knit Garments.
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral English
∎ Should be a good team player
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
∎ Good motivational skills
