Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Compliance, Garments HR and Admin, Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of Buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015
∎ Look after occupational health and safety issues for the assigned area.
∎ To ensure health, hygiene & safety issues.
∎ Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues
∎ Conduct worker's orientation training.
∎ Handling grievances at the initial stage and counseling.
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
∎ To execute Orientation, Training and awareness program for the Workers.
∎ Developing various personnel policies and guidelines and monitor their compliance within the organization.
∎ Implementation of Buyers COC, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, etc.
∎ To ensure recruitment and selection in the vacant positions as and where required within the stipulated time by sourcing on own initiative.
∎ To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and prepare / maintain proper report / documentation and take necessary action deemed to be appropriate.
∎ Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
∎ To apprise the staff's performance & mentors them to increase productivity.
∎ Assist to formulate various policies & procedures related to HR, Administration & Compliance of the company.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of the latest Human Resources management concepts and best practices.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills;
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation;
∎ Having knowledge on HR database software (HRIS) will be given preference;
∎ Should be ready to work under pressure.
