∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the capability to review all daily activities in department
∎ Responsible to give shade approval of bulk batches & body trims mock-ups.
∎ Need to be able to deliver on time submission of bulk hanger, shade card, rib body mock-up to buying house for approval.
∎ Have to send quality based reports to all concerns via email
∎ Must be able to carry/execute fabric inspection as per delivery schedule, which is given by Fabric planning /Garments planning department as well as to follow priority given by Sr. Management.
∎ Ensure special fabric quality/fabric quality report at various stages (for example; gray fabric to finish fabric)
∎ Involved in the depth for route cause analysis of problematic fabric/rejected fabric to make corrective & preventive action plans.
∎ Ability to ensure fabric delivery to garments within buyer standard norms.
∎ Responsible for on time correction of garments return fabric/problematic fabric from dyeing & finishing stage & its delivery.
∎ Must be able to handle all technical audit/buyer audit with proper documentations at fabric department.
∎ Have to confirm/highlight shade wish, fabrication wish delivery balance to management as per fabric booking sheet.
∎ Needs to confirm process loss of finish batches are within the norms given by management.
∎ Ability to acknowledge roles & responsibilities to all junior staffs in the department.
∎ Have to verify & sign all batches inspection report signed by quality inspector/ in charge/ executive.
∎ Needs to communicate with garments/merchandising department for any kinds of fabric quality issue.
∎ Must be able to carry work execution as per QMS.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong knowledge of Dyeing and Finishing
∎ Updated knowledge of International Buyers requirement and quality systems is a must
∎ Analytical & problem solving skill.
∎ Very good in both written & oral English.
