Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/Msc in Industrial Engineering/Textile Engineering/Apparel Manufacturing/Marketing/Supply Chain Management from any reputed institution.
∎ Candidates applying from BUTEX, AUST, DU will be given preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive training and perform duties in various departments of the company.
∎ Learn various staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business.
∎ Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the trainee period.
∎ Observe experienced employees to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
∎ Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
∎ Provide support as needed in the various departments of the company
∎ Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
∎ Complete other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have operational knowledge on MS Office programs.
∎ A self starter with drive & initiative.
∎ Analytical & problem solving skill.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hardworking;
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure;
∎ A team worker who believes in team commitment.
