Position: AGM – Marketing & Merchandising
We are 100% export-oriented woven garments manufacturer, producing high-quality apparel for global buyers. We are committed to ensuring compliance, sustainability, and excellence in every production stage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Marketing & Merchandising team to ensure proper order loading aligned with production line plan.
Strengthen customer relationship and ensure order negotiation, confirmation & continuous follow-up.
Oversee end-to-end merchandising and supply chain activities to achieve OTD (On-Time Delivery).
Maintain close communication with buying houses, customer offices & suppliers for smooth execution.
Monitor monthly targets, consumption, costing, T&A, approvals, and shipment status.
Provide strategic support to management for business growth and new customer onboarding.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing or related discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience, in a similar managerial/AGM role in the apparel industry.
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation, communication & follow-up capability.
In-depth knowledge of woven (top- bottom) garments, costing & consumption.
Ability to coordinate with production, planning, commercial & supply chain teams.
Must be able to travel to buying houses & customers’ offices when required.
Target-driven, organized and able to work under pressure.
Workplace & Job Nature
Workplace: Office-based with field visits (buying house/customer office).
Employment Type: Full-time.
