The applicant must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in maintenance service of industrial air conditioner and humidifier systems preferably spinning plant.
Applicant must have knowledge on Boge compressor and Dryer maintenance.
Should have knowledge of troubleshoot of compressor.
Having relevant experience in working with the equipment manufacturer Live Best Air and West river.
Having all rounded experience in repairing software, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic machine parts.

Job Context:
Ahmed Group, a reputed leading figure in the textile industry of Bangladesh is looking for experienced professional for the position of AGM/ Manager for humidification plant for spinning mills.
Job Responsibilities:
- To operate and monitor humidification systems to maintain desired humidity levels within specified ranges.
- To regularly inspect equipment such as humidifiers, dehumidifiers, fans, and control systems to ensure proper functioning.
- To monitor and adjust settings as necessary to optimize humidity levels for the spinning process.
- To perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity of equipment.
- To conduct periodic inspections and tests to identify and address any issues or potential problems with the humidification system.
- To collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- To diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions or performance issues with humidification equipment.
- To diagnose and troubleshoot of compressor.
- To handle operation and maintenance of Boge compressor effectively & efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies related to environmental conditions and workplace safety.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and any incidents or interventions.·
- To work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to understand requirements and ensure that humidification systems meet operational needs.
- Provide training for staffs/workers on maintaining and operating the system.
