•Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance culture, capability, and business effectiveness.
•Drive succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and competency framework implementation.
•Oversee the PMS cycle, KPI alignment, and performance calibration across Shanta Holdings.
•Conduct organizational analysis and recommend structural or process improvements.
•Guide strategic HR planning and align HR initiatives with long-term business goals.
•Lead the overall recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hiring for all functions.
•Supervise recruitment standards, manpower planning, and early-career programs (MTO & Internship).
•Oversee induction and onboarding frameworks to strengthen cultural alignment and employee experience.
•Lead HR policy development, review, and organizational communication.
•Develop HR tools, dashboards, and digital automation solutions to increase efficiency.
•Strengthen employer branding through external partnerships, events, and talent outreach.
•Mentor and guide HR team members to build capability and support organizational transformation.
