• Check and monitor compliance issues, as per checklist and flash observation and action plan on observations and daily floor visits. 

• Prepare for all the third-party audits.  

• Update and flash compliance TNA prior to the schedule. 

• Ensure Internal Audit for Social, CTPAT, Environment & Alliance/Accord. 

• Facilitate the process for customer/third-party audit.  

• Respond to queries and send updates/reports to factory management on issues raised, submit CAP in collaboration with factory management. 

• Ensure safety management through safety engineer, provide guidance & monitoring. 

• Follow up on CAP and ensure timely resolution of issues. 

• Communicate legal compliance issues, in upstream & downstream channels. 

• Facilitate team awareness/training/team building sessions individually along with central team members. 

• Assure joint CSR projects schedules & timelines/training and on-time feedback to the upstream channel. 

• Ensure compliance on new projects (upgrade/new customer) assigned by central compliance or plant heads.
