• Six Sigma Black Belt holders will get preference.

• Strong technical knowledge of knit fabrics and garment manufacturing processes.

• Proven experience in handling Japanese brands and big EU market brands.

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as AGM / DGM – QA for a 50-line (1,500 machine) knit garment factory.

• Lead and manage the entire QA team to ensure top-quality production standards.

• Maintain and improve QA systems to meet buyer and international compliance requirements.

• Ensure product quality for Japanese brands and major EU market buyers.

• Guide and train QA teams to maintain zero-defect shipment standards.

• Collaborate closely with production and merchandising teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries.

• Implement continuous improvement programs including Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality tools.
