Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM
∎ Masters in Business Administration/ Public Administration / Management with concentration in HRM from reputed University.
∎ Preference will be given to those who have additional PGD in HRM from BIM.
∎ Skills Required: Performance Appraisal,Compensation & Benefits,HRIS,Job Analysis & Manpower Planning

Job Context:
∎ This is a senior level corporate based HR position to look after core HR functions.
∎ Candidates who worked only in Corporate HR of RMG sector will be eligible to apply for this position.
∎ Must have relevant work experience with minimum 02 years as AGM position.
∎ Placement will be in Palmal Corporate HR (Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and administering full extent of Core HR functions which includes strategic HRM.
∎ Prepare and execute HR related plan for the development of companies' human resources.
∎ Lead and direct the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the desired level.
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
∎ Direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating employee welfare.
∎ Manage effective performance management system.
∎ Supervise and manage industrial and employee relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates etc.
∎ Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
∎ Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling, assigning and follow up works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Candidates having experience of Corporate HR in garments industry will be eligible to apply for the position.
