Job Responsibilities:
∎ L/C trams & condition checking and amendment arrangement, Preparation of Export documents/Submission for party acceptance (before/after delivery), collection of Party/Bank Acceptance & Payment.
∎ Goods Ex-factory/Delivery follow-up as per L/C terms/ properly goods receiving & MRR follow-up to submit the documents in-time.
∎ Preparation of documents/papers for BTMA certificate for GSP & Cash Incentive and release of capital Machinery/Spare Parts and undertaken.
∎ Docs finalized as per L/C terms, Lien & Buyers Bank submission, Negotiation/Purchase, Proceed realization.
∎ Preparation of all types of local/foreign BTB/EDF and cash L/Cs.
∎ Insurance Cover note & Policy collection with following Company policy & preparation of any kinds of Insurance claim related documents.
∎ Regular monitoring & tracking various stages Import consignment at all Port in our Country.
∎ IP issue from competent authority.
∎ Import release/Delivery as per factory urgency, in-house with avoiding any type of demurrage/extra charges, as well as payment follow up as per L/C terms.
∎ Closely monitor Delivery/Export as per Local & Foreign Buyer requirement to avoid any issue.
∎ Issuance of any kinds of license, renew/update/Amendment, Customs Audit, Allocation (If required).
∎ VAT return submission regularly & in-time.
∎ Strongly Handle Transport, Forwarder, C & F and Courier.
∎ Coordinate with Bangladesh Investment Development Authority/ Department of textile related jobs.
∎ Export/Import related all kind of register/Pass Book entry update & sign (if required).
∎ Cash incentives claim preparation, Submission, Audit, Certification follow (If applicable).
∎ Negotiation with suppliers & Buyer for commercial issues like L/C clause, VAT, Payment, acceptance, Payment etc.
∎ Monitoring Spare parts, Machinery, Undertaken/indemnity release in time under SRO facility.
∎ BCI, OEXO-TEX, GOTS-OCS & any others certification issue/verification/renew and data posting.
∎ Liaison with Bangladesh Bank regarding FC Loans, EDF loan/extension, Cash incentive fund collection.
∎ Monitor, arrange and process term loan & payment arrangement according to schedule.
∎ Monitoring everyday fund in various lien banks and synchronizing fund for payment of BTB L/C, EDF L/C/Cash L/C and term/Time loan.
∎ Ability to develop commercial activities with using modern technology, to achieved company goals & objectives.
∎ Leading capacity & Supervise total commercial team whose are working import & Delivery/export business related functions.
∎ Should have clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of customs UPDC-600, HS code & Inco terms -2020.
∎ Accept extra duties as situation demands and work efficiently and calmly.
∎ Must have vast knowledge on procurement of all types of Spinning related materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Conception of UCPDC 2007 Revision, ICC Publication no.600
∎ Awareness of all type of circular from NBR for Custom Bond.
∎ Experiences in working with Woven Garments/Textile/Washing (Fabrics Dyeing, Solid Dyed, Digital print & Yarn Dying) will be treated as an added advantage
