Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline, preferably MBA, from any recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ A pioneer organization engaged in prevention of disability, reduction of malnutrition and alleviation of poverty is seeking applications from competent candidates for the above position.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka based but requires frequent project visits.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the guidance of IFB management: Provide administrative support for smooth implementation of project activities including compliance of IFB policies for HR management, procurement, event management, press and publication, etc both in Head Office and project offices.
∎ Liaise and close contact with field offices for collecting information, purchase requisition or any administrative of HR related support.
∎ Maintain personnel and confidential files of all staff members and ensure that such contracts and files hold their nature of confidentiality.
∎ Receive information, message & documents and ensure timely transmitted to respective person accordingly including email communication.
∎ Manage internet service and computer & printer related services with trouble shooting and regular update of IFB website.
∎ Draft routine correspondence and other confidential reports/documents, memos as and when required.
∎ Manage all vehicle movement, maintenance & timely renewal and supervise day-to-day activities of support staff.
∎ Maintain procurement procedures with the purchasing committee for any purchase IFB.
∎ Provide logistics support and ensure supplies to the head office and field offices.
∎ Maintain office records and files in proper order and update them periodically. Introduce new files or systems in consultation with the management.
∎ Ensure that filing of letters/documents, etc. is done properly and accurately.
∎ Update fixed asset and other related issues of the organization.
∎ Manage and maintain computers, office equipment's, vehicle, accommodation, etc.
∎ Maintain a database for personnel information such as date joining, renewal or extension of job, retirement date, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced candidate
∎ At least 3-5 years experience in administrative and legal affairs
∎ Should have excellent communication & coordination skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Should be energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Should be efficient in computer operation and have adequate knowledge and skills for maintaining server, network, face book, website for the organization.
∎ Must be self-motivated, target oriented and a self-starter and should have good presentation, interpersonal and networking skills.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
