∎ Should be enthusiastic, energetic, sympathetic, and caring with patients and colleagues with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and implement all activities in the operation theatre as per protocol in the Jibon Tari.
∎ Sterilize the equipment and operating room ahead of the surgery.
∎ Assist Surgeons during surgical procedures.
∎ Provide care to the patients for good recovery.
∎ Work with the anesthetists and surgical teams for good anesthesia, pre and per-operative medication and post-surgery care.
∎ Update the patient’s medical record.
∎ Maintain adequate stock of Medicine/Supplies for operation in the OT.
∎ Prepare patients for surgery by disinfecting the correct areas of the body.
∎ Ensure high-quality nursing care to all patients admitted for surgery.
∎ Ensure the cleanliness of the operation theatre, pre and post-operative wards/cabin and proper waste disposal as per protocol.
∎ A pioneer organization engaged in the prevention of disability, reduction of malnutrition, and alleviation of poverty is seeking applications from competent candidates for the above position for its Hospital.
∎ Location: Jibon Tari Floating Hospital (Madaripur).
