Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing

• Bachelor degree in Nursing

• BNQF Level-3 & Must be CBT&A Methodology Level-4 Certified

• Must be at least a holder of NSC in Caregiving for Elderly Persons.

• Certified caregiver training qualification.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At most 40 years

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in caregiving, nursing, or healthcare training.

• Experience in NGO, hospital, nursing institute, or community healthcare projects preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Should be energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Good training and mentoring ability.

• Knowledge of elderly care and patient safety.

• Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online training tools).

• Leadership and team management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare training plans, lessons plans, teaching methods including use of IT as per the approved curriculum of NSDA.

• Teach basic nursing care, hygiene, infection prevention, patient safety, and elderly care techniques.

• Demonstrate proper patient handling and mobility support methods.

• Train caregivers on communication skills and professional ethics.

• Monitor performance of trainees during practical sessions and fieldwork.

• Evaluate trainees through assessments, practical exams, and feedback.

• Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.

• Ensure compliance with NSDA policies, safety standards, and organizational guidelines.

• Support caregivers in solving work-related challenges and improving service quality.

• Coordinate with Impact hospital and others stakeholders for trainee enrolled quality teaching and establishing a self-sustained training centers.
