Job Context:
∎ A pioneer organization engaged in prevention of disability, reduction of malnutrition and alleviation of poverty is seeking applications from competent candidates for the above position.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka based but requires frequent project visits.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To reach office in time and ensure cleanliness of furniture, fixture, equipment and other properties before all other staff members arrive in the office; in case of emergency, he/she should attend the office on holidays also.
∎ To ensure all lights, fans, ACs and other equipment are in proper order.
∎ To provide support the Administrative Officers for carrying out day to day work.
∎ To operate photocopier, telephone, fax machine and other equipment and ensure their maintenance.
∎ To manage the incoming and outgoing mails as well as courier services.
∎ To make sure that filing of letters/documents, etc. are done immediately and accurately.
∎ To maintain office store records, inventory and other requirements and supply timely with the approval of the appropriate authority.
∎ To manage and keep leave records all staff of IFB in proper manner.
∎ To turn off all lights, fans, ACs and other equipment in proper order, and close the office after all staff members leave the office
∎ To carry out such other functions as may be assigned to him/her by the Administrative Officers and other superiors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Should be efficient in computer operation.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
