∎ Should have excellent communication & coordination skills in English & Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist Principal in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of the educational programme of the institute.
∎ Assist Principal in administration and supervision of institute’s academic and other activities.
∎ Assist Principal conducting admission procedure and all examinations.
∎ Guide other nursing instructors in day to day academic activities.
∎ Prepare and deliver lectures to the students on topics as per roster.
∎ Prepare course materials, homework assignments and handouts.
∎ Supervise student’s laboratory and hospital work.
∎ Assist principal in maintaining discipline and law and order in the campus.
∎ Inform students and guardians about policy procedures and standards.
∎ Represent Principal in any internal or external meeting in her absence.
∎ Act as a mentor to others Instractors.
∎ Perform other duties an assigned by the Principal
